At Serenith, we believe mental well-being means having balance, clarity, and self-acceptance, not just the absence of problems. In every session, we treat you with empathy and respect, using proven methods to listen to and support your unique experiences.
Hi, I’m Kajal Sharma, a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Serenith – Psychology & Wellness Clinic. From a young age, I was fascinated by human emotions, how our minds respond to pain, and how people find strength through healing. That curiosity grew into a lifelong mission: to help individuals find balance, clarity, and emotional peace. At Serenith, I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, relationship stress, and emotional burnout. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based psychology, blending Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and integrative psychotherapy to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is simple to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts freely, rebuild inner strength, and discover healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. Every session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward lasting psychological well-being.
I struggled with anxiety for years until I found Serenith. Kajal’s calm presence and practical guidance helped me manage my thoughts and regain control of my life.
Kajal truly listens. Her empathy and insight helped me handle panic attacks and daily stress with confidence. Every session at Serenith feels peaceful.
